More about Dr. Zavell
Dr. Zavell began his medical studies at the University of Michigan and performed his residency at Providence Hospital and the affiliated Institute for Craniofacial and Reconstructive Surgery. He opened his state-of-the-art Toledo practice in 1993 and retains hospital privileges at most Toledo-area hospitals and surgery facilities. Dr. Zavell and his wife, a local dermatologist, have three beautiful kids.
Meet Our Caring, Talented Staff
Robyn
Robyn is a kind, calming, and extremely compassionate RN with 35+ years’ experience in varied clinical settings, including Neurovascular/Neuro ICU, Post Anesthesia Care, and Surgery. She attended Toledo Hospital School of Nursing and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree graduating Cum Laude from UT/MCO in 1991 (UTMC). She is an integral part of our OR team, coordinating the surgical process from start to finish at Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Center. Her primary goals are educating patients and providing support and reassurance while making sure patients receive the best surgical experience possible. Robyn will treat you as if you are family.
Sara
Sara is a Registered Nurse who has worked at Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeon’s Inc. since 2007. Sara is an essential part of Dr. Zavell’s plastic surgery practice, coordinating patient care as well as assisting Dr. Zavell in surgery. She enjoys building relationships with patients as she helps them through each stage of their surgery experience, including initial consultations, pre-operative appointments, surgery, and post-operative care. Sara spends quality one-on-one time with patients to educate and prepare them for procedures and treatments. Her friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate care puts our patients at ease.
